A Synthetic Lawn eliminates the need for:

- Our turf is made of multi-colored, thin blades of light green grass that absorb less heat in the sun than darker, thicker turf. These multi-colored green yarn fibers tested “lead free” at an independent US lab. We now offer under turf cooling systems for small and large projects
- Our turf has a thick, curly tan fiber stitched into the backing that supports the blades of grass upward and eliminates the need for black crumb rubber infill making it easy to clean.
- Our turf has a heat-cured latex sealant on the back that seals the stitch into the backing and protects the spine from breaking.
- There is a heat-punched weep hole every 4 inches providing water drainage of about 40 gallons per hour per sq. yd. This reduces the risk of dry rot and mildew in your home's exterior walls or water damage to foundations.
- Because of its design our turf acts like a baffle dampening low level noise vibrations outside the home such as traffic noise.
- Our turf can be washed clean with a garden hose right down to the base due to the absents of obstructive black rubber fillers which can harbor bacteria, fungus, and odder.
- Our turf fibers are made from UV protected virgin polyethylene, not recycled plastic, making it lead free and 100% recyclable.
